Same as it ever was.
I blame pie. I realized earlier this week that I wait all year for Thanksgiving so I can have pumpkin pie. I decided I'm going to concentrate on maintaining my weight until after Thanksgiving and then start losing again. I ate 1/2 a pumpkin pie this week. inochinoakari took care of the rest of it.
Yesterday I overdid it a little at the gym. My gym has Direct TV and the NFL Sunday Package. They have TVs on every aerobic machine and were kind enough to set up the system to show the Packers game. Since I wanted to watch the entire Packers game, I exercised through nearly all of it. 1 hour on the recumbent bike, 1 hour on the elliptical machine. According to the machines, I burned nearly 1,000 calories! And the Packers Won! PACKERS!!! W00000!
After the game, I lifted weights for a little while. Yesterday was upper body exercise, Wednesday will be lower body. I'm taking today off to recover, but I'll ride the bike again tomorrow.
