I had a whole can of Cream of Potato with garlic. It is one of the Campbells Select soups and you don't have to add water. It was quite filling and tasty. It could have used a little more garlic, but then again I am at work.
I'm going to try having soup for lunch on a regular basis. If it works it will help with 2 goals
- I'll save more money
- I'll lose weight
This would be wonderful. The whole can of soup had under 400 calories. And a can of soup is much cheaper than buying lunch at the deli. Lets see if it helps break my plateau in weight loss.
Today I brought the soup in and microwaved it in a Glad bowl. Sometimes I may try using one of the thermoses we have.
