Here we go round again
Day after day I get up and I say
Gotta do it again, do it again
I'd posted several times before about my attempt to lose weight. Each time I failed. I've started again, this time with exercise, not the diet. I started exercising last week; the diet started yesterday. I'm going to try gradually increasing the exercise and gradually decreasing my food intake instead of diving in to the deep end as I did the last few times.
My weight had once again hit 280 and that's where it was Monday, so that's what I'll count from. Lets see if the diet can survive a weekend in MA.
